Malik Johnson is a visionary leader, educator, and advocate for empowerment and purpose-driven change. A proud HBCU graduate of Virginia State University, Malik earned his B.A. in Mass Communications, graduating summa cum laude in just three years—a testament to his relentless determination and passion for excellence. Currently, Malik serves as a high school Economics and Personal Finance teacher while pursuing a master’s degree in Education Administration and Supervision at Regent University.

Although actively balancing his roles as a student and educator, Malik takes immense pride in giving back to his community. It is this passion for service and uplifting others that led him to establish the M.A.J. Foundation where he serves as the President & CEO. With faith as his guide and a commitment to breaking barriers, Malik founded the nonprofit to create equitable opportunities, inspire resilience, and provide vital resources to individuals and communities in need. His efforts embody the belief that true leadership is measured by the lives you impact and the legacy you leave.

Beyond his work in education, Malik leads with innovation and purpose as the founder of Malik Johnson Enterprises, a holding company centered on entrepreneurship and community empowerment. His initiatives challenge traditional norms, foster growth, and redefine what it means to create lasting change. People are drawn to Malik not only for his authenticity and magnetic presence but for the profound substance of his actions.

Guided by his favorite scripture, Philippians 4:13—"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"—Malik inspires others to dream bigger and achieve more. Through education, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy, he is building a legacy of courage, faith, and empowerment that will resonate for generations to come.
